·

Let's find commonalities, not differences.

I am Yoshida, president of Yamada Shusei Ltd., a professional apparel garment repair group in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

The cycle of corporate culture change varies depending on the size of the company, the industry, and changes in the external environment, but generally speaking, changes are seen over a span of several years to a dozen years, and in all phases, employee awareness reform and enhanced communication play an important role.

Our company is also in the midst of change.

Our slogan for 2024, “Communicate, Learn, and Help Each Other,” is also based on our awareness of the situation in which we find ourselves.

Once again, although managers, leaders, and members cooperate with each other through work, there are many things that we don't know.

Rather than stressing each other out by focusing on differences, I need to clearly state the company's policies so that we can reaffirm the current rules of our company.

I also keep in mind that revitalizing communication within the company is the first step in creating the future of Yamada Shusei.
