·

It is you who is being questioned.

I am Yoshida, president of Yamada Shusei Ltd., a professional apparel garment repair group in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.

In this issue, I will discuss what I noticed during the process of updating the vision map of the YAMADA Group.

To be honest, at the beginning of the Vision Retreat, I had the mistaken impression that since the Niigata area had already been drawn, it was the turn of the Komatsu and Tokyo leaders to do their best this time.

However, as the vision retreat progressed, I learned many things about the personalities of the two leaders for the first time, which was both refreshing and moving, and at the same time led me to reflect on how little I had tried to learn about their values. In other words, I have neglected to check how they perceive the vision and management principles I set forth two years ago, and where their values overlap with mine.

Through the seriousness with which the two leaders tackled their issues, I felt as if I were being asked, “How would you respond to our seriousness?

As a result, I am grateful that we were able to step up our relationship and feel a greater sense of unity, both personally and organizationally.

Komatsu Plant's catchphrase: “Connecting Smiles, Expanding Family!

Tokyo Plant's catchphrase: “Value-engineering producer creating new values and bonds."

If the existence value of the Komatsu Plant is that it is a place where people can safely consult and unload problems and issues they are facing, then the existence value of the Tokyo Plant is that it creates new values and bonds by overcoming problems and issues brought to it together, and through interaction, values, bonds, and smiles are spreading further throughout society. The interaction will spread value, bonds, and smiles throughout society. Each participating member was able to share such an image.

From now on, we will cooperate with each other and carefully nurture the seeds that have been sown.
