I am Yoshida, president of Yamada Shusei Ltd., a professional apparel garment repair group in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
On August 24 and 25, a vision retreat was held in Haramura, Nagano Prefecture, with leaders from Komatsu Plant and Tokyo Plant to update the vision map of the YAMADA Group.
We soaked in hot springs in the midst of nature, enjoyed a bonfire in the evening, ate delicious meals, and refreshed our minds and bodies as we completed the vision maps for the Komatsu and Tokyo plants.
The experience deepened our mutual understanding and made us rethink the connection between ourselves, our own plant, the YAMADA Group, and society, and strengthened our desire for further growth and development. Thanks to the great nature of Haramura!
