I am reminded once again of the great changes that have taken place over the past year.
Especially in the Create and Yoriito Divisions, I am really looking forward to the future, as I
am experiencing the process that started with a single person and spun out into the
relationships that have brought us to where we are today.
As a manager, I will continue to grow while being aware that change involves both opportunities
