The increase in the number of business caregivers has become a social issue, and the government has announced a policy to strengthen support for business caregivers in its "Basic Policies for Economic and Fiscal Management and Reform 2023.
Of the 30 or so participants, half had experience or were currently caring for a family member.We realized once again the need to deepen understanding in the workplace and consider how to respond to the actual situation.
